Hey Everyone! We are so excited that we just started our new blog!! There are so many exciting things happening in our world right now. We have outstanding deals and I think we all know about the $8000 Tax Credit how cool is that, the Government will give you $8000 if you buy a new home until December 1st, 2009 what a deal!!

Hi, this is my second visit to Friedberg Village Community. I am thoroughly impressed with the community and definitely plan to get a home in the community. I have visited lots of communities in other areas and can say without a doubt this one is the BEST!!!!

I did not realize that Wyngate Villages was so close to the mall. i see it from I40 but did not realize it was along Jonestown Road, just few blocks from Hanes Mall Blvd. The brick townhomes are beautiful. We are putting our home on the market, tired of the long drive.

I saw the billboard for Spicewood Crossing off Interstate 40. Once I drove to the community, I noticed how close it was to Hwy 220 and 85. The neighborhood was tucked back from the road and had a real country charm. This is definitely an appealing place to raise a family!!!!
